Great experience at Grand River Endo. Irene, the assistant, was very friendly, incredibly thorough and explained everything during the procedure. Dr. Lennon was also very friendly, made me feel calm and took her time. I was definitely in good hands at their office!

Terrible experience. My son was referred here by his dentist. Called to make an appointment, was told they would need 'his dad's insurance' information before they could make an appointment. He received a call for not showing to an appointment, which he was told could not be made until they had the insurance info. She said they called the day before for a reminder, which is a lie, there are no missed calls. When this was explained to her, she told him he needed to pay the $75 missed appointment fee to make another appointment. STAY AWAY!!

I felt listened to and I trusted Dr. Masterson. She seems honest is very meticulous and professional. I will continue to use this office for my dental work. All the staff was very friendly

Dr. Masterson was a saving grace!! I went in for a second opinion from a previous doctor and after many X-rays and oral inspection, it was determined that I didn’t not need the work done that I was originally told. Dr. Masterson was able to take care of my issue saving me thousands of dollars and in a timely fashion. The doctor’s staff were so professional and courteous, attending to my needs as if I were a family member. I don’t enjoy any type of tooth work, but their staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed and assured me I was in good hands. If the need arises, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there for any type of endodontic needs. Thank you GR Endo for your help.

BEWARE!!!!!!!Very unprofessional service! I was referred by my dentist to come here after having a crown put on because I was experiencing some pain, she thought I may need a root canal. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Masterson and when arriving they took many X-rays, started gas, and had to give me many shots because of the pain I was in. Shortly after Dr. Masterson came in suggesting that my bite maybe off and she thinks we should start by correcting that. Dr.Masterson then “corrected my bite” which cost me $334 out of pocket costs. She then sent me home telling me to let me know if things get better, but I may be sore for few days because I had a “angry tooth”. I went in on a Wednesday by Friday the pain was still the same so I called the office first thing Friday morning and spoke with Michelle explaining my situation and the pain I was in. Michelle made me aware that they don’t do any work on Fridays but she could call Dr. Masterson to get me started on an antibiotic. I took the antibiotic over the weekend along with pain medication that barely took the edge off, nothing helped. First thing Monday morning I spoke with Michelle letting her know things are still the same, s
